01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 5bwm33 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 5bwm33 website, mobile interface, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," or otherwise accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 6. You are not registered on any national self-exclusion list or problem gambling registry maintained by PAGC OR or any relevant Philippine authority.

5bwm33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of 5bwm33 Services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active account on 5bwm33. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 5bwm33 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 5bwm33 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 5bwm33 support immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification

5bwm33 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and other documentation before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 5bwm33 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards.

4.1 Deposit Terms

1. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used.
2. Deposits are generally credited to your 5bwm33 account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. 5bwm33 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
3. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

1. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not be able to process withdrawals.
2. 5bwm33 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests.
3. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
4. 5bwm33 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5bwm33 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods.

1. Bonuses may not be withdrawn directly. They must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
2. 5bwm33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
3. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting software errors, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
4. Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on 5bwm33 are governed by individual game rules published within the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

5bwm33 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Live dealer games are streamed from professional studios and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed on screen. 5bwm33 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 5bwm33 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and/or legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or game manipulation.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 5bwm33 staff or other players.

08 Responsible Gaming

5bwm33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, 5bwm33 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform. 10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 5bwm33 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of 5bwm33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the 5bwm33 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from 5bwm33 without prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5bwm33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions.

5bwm33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 5bwm33 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

5bwm33 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12 Termination

5bwm33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

You may close your 5bwm33 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

13 Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the 5bwm33 Services, you should first contact our customer support team. 5bwm33 will endeavor to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, it may be escalated to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14 Amendments

5bwm33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of 5bwm33 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms.
